Auto leasing

Independence-Finservice assists in provision of leasing arrangements necessary for the purchase of a car of any make and model. All you have to do is choose a car, and our staff will take care of the rest - putting together the document package and sending it to the leasing company.

This is how car leasing works:

You choose a car of any make and model.
Finservice staff helps you to select a leasing company best suited for your needs.
You fill out an application form (provided by the bank) and enclose the skeleton document package (standard accountancy forms F1 and F1 for the most recent reporting period).
An initial decision about your application will be made within 24 hours after you submit the documents to the leasing company. Under some leasing offerings, the leasing company may issue an initial decision in just 30 minutes.
After an initial approval, you submit a complete document package to the leasing company. The content of the package will vary depending on the leasing company and your firm's legal status.
The leasing company is to make a final decision within 1-3 days. You conclude a leasing agreement with the leasing company and make your first payment. The next step will be insuring the vehicle (hull and liability). You can buy a policy in one of the offices of Independence-Finservice. The insurance companies are to be selected in accordance with requirements set by the leasing company chosen by you.
The leasing company will transfer to the car showroom funds equal to the full cost of the vehicle.
Now comes the most enjoyable moment - the one when you take your car from the showroom.
List of documents to be submitted for initial review by leasing company:
Copies of the lessee's accountancy documents (quarterly reports 1, 2 , and annual statements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) for the last four reporting periods;
Lessee's questionnaire.
