The shops of Independence cater both for individuals and corporate clients. We have available at any time a full range of such brands as Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Land Rover and Jaguar, certified for sale in any location within the Russian Federation and adapted for local operating conditions. Customers can choose an Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Land Rover or Jaguar car in the showroom or order a car to be delivered straight from the factory. There are several options available for payment, registration and insurance of purchased cars, including credit and leasing.

All cars have one-year warranty without restrictions on mileage. Some brands, such as Ford, offer their own warranty packages. The Ford packages include four-year warranty or 150,000-kilometer mileage.

Progressive discounts and bonuses for loyal customers

We designed for our loyal customers a wide range of progressive discounts. They get their first discount for maintenance and repair when they buy an Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Land Rover or Jaguar car. Later, when they bring their cars for servicing, the customers have additional discounts whose maximal value may reach up to 15% of the cost of labor and parts.

In addition to discounts, we offer an option of free technical inspection, and in many cases we provide the clients with replacement cars while their cars are in repair. And we plan to expand this service in the near future as our replacement car fleet will be growing.

Discount packages from Independence

Since January 1, 2003 OOO Independence has been offering a new discount program for individual and corporate clients. Under this program, our clients are given discount cards allowing hefty discounts when they buy Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Land Rover or Jaguar cars in Independence showrooms and have them serviced at Independence service centers.

The program applies to all car brands we sell. So, owners of Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Land Rover or Jaguar cars can become holders of such discount cards as "Premium", "Prestige", "Imperial" and "Corporate".

Ford owners are entitled to a special discount package that applies only to this brand. The Ford owners can become holders of such discount cards as "Ambiente", "Comfort", "Ghia" and "Corporate".

Depending on the type, our discount cards have individual numbers, and some bear the holders' names.

The Corporate discount card is issued only to corporate customers and entitles them to special discounts and conditions set forth in the agreement:

• Purchase of a new Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Land Rover or Jaguar car.
• Car maintenance and repair.
• Purchase of original parts.
• Purchase of add-ons.
